Situation: You need to call your supervisor, Sarah, at the Home Care Agency in Israel. Explain that the elder patient was feeling unwell this morning, you assisted them with breakfast, and ask if the doctor should visit.

"Hello Sarah, this is Anita calling from the apartment. I am calling to inform you about Mr. David. He was feeling a little weak and dizzy when he woke up this morning.
